Step 1: Log into the manager account with the manager credentials (email and password) you chose when you set up your Dental Practice University account.
You will have one account and this is intended to be your main master account.
Your master account is where you will access your billing information.
Step 2: Set up each team member or “student” that will be using the site for training.
Your current membership level includes one account.
This allows you to review all the training videos, download the scripts, documents, forms and take the quizzes.
Every paid member will have access to all the materials and when they successfully pass the quizzes with 80% or higher they will receive up to 24 AGD CE Credits over the next year.
Each team member in your office will need their own individual log in (email and password) in the student section.

Each additional member in your office is $20/month.
Yes, however, to receive the CE Credits you must register for your own account which is $20/month per each employee.
Your membership includes access for one member. This is your main account; usually the dental practice owner. If you would like more log-ins it is $20 per month for each person.
Your welcome email has a link to add more members to the University and it is $20/month per person.
This means your employees can have their own log-in, view all the training videos, download the scripts, documents, forms and take the quizzes.
The quizzes are automated and each student can see their progress after they complete the modules which include a quiz.
The quiz scores are reported to our office manager who in return reports this information to the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
In order to receive AGD Credits, you must score 80% or higher on each quiz. You can also retake a quiz if you do not score 80% or higher.
In addition to our video trainings, you will receive documents to use in your office. These can be downloaded and are in word or pdf so you can customize.

There is a search function on the top right of the website. You can put in the subject of the topic you are looking for and everything on the site pertaining to that subject will be listed for you such as videos, documents, Ask Debbie questions, etc.

Inside the university, content is added twice a month to keep you and your team motivated, inspired and learning. We also recommend that you share the trainings and use them with your entire team.

You are able to update your payment details, billing address, email and phone number from the manager’s account by visiting the “my account section” and selecting either payment settings or account information. If you need to change your billing date or subscription type, please email us.
Yes, we offer in-office training and consulting. We created the Dental Practice University to be an all-inclusive, web-based resource for all your training needs.
Debbie also speaks nationally and internationally at many of the major dental meetings and study clubs. Dental Practice Solutions also hosts their own conferences for you and your entire team.

We are constantly adding new content to the University trainings.
Once you are registered you will receive an email every two weeks with new content.
You should always check the University each week because there is most likely new content added “At least every two weeks.”
There are two ways to log into your dashboard.
1. Once you register, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. This email will also include a link to the home page along with your login and password. (Once you have registered please allow 5 minutes to receive your 1st login password credentials. Check your SPAM folder if you don’t receive this information after 10 minutes of registering.)
2. You can always go to our homepage: www.https://dentalpracticesolutions.com and log in at the client login button.

Yes.
Within 24 hours of your purchase you can receive a refund for up to $97.00 or the amount you paid within the last 24 hours.
We have kept this registration fee extremely low because we have a mission to help as many dental professionals in the world grow without working so hard.
Our systems have been tested by thousands of dental professionals around the world so we only bring to you what we know is successful.

Since you receive new content frequently we give you 24 hours to receive a refund once your payment has processed.
Yes, every two weeks you will have access to at least one quiz. The quizzes are competency based on a specific topic covered in that module and if you have a paid login you can use the quiz to receive 1 hour of continuing education for each quiz.
You can repeat the quizzes as many times as you want. A score of 80% is required to pass if you use this for AGD CE Credits.
